Daddy and Sawyer sledding
Sawyer loves his strawberry ice cream
Big blue eyes!
(Both boys got Favre jerseys!)
(Ok, ok...he's gettin some help from the Bumbo seat, but HE thinks he's a big boy.)
We have had LOTS of snow here lately, which we have really enjoyed. Sawyer is becoming a pro at this whole winter scene. Although I think his favorite thing to do with the snow is eat it. We keep reminding him to avoid yellow and brown snow...ick!
Other than dealing with all the snow and ice, we've been doing well. The stomach flu made the rounds through our house, but luckily bypassed Griffin. The countdown begins for me to go back to work. (March 17th is D-day!) I'm not looking forward to juggling both boys and work, but you do what you have to do. Griffin will be in good hands with his Grandma (Heide) Milbauer and Sawyer will stick with his routine of part-time school and part-time Grandma/Grandpa Milbauer's house.
Griffin is now 3 months old and growing like a weed. At his 2 mth check-up he was up to 12 lbs and 23 inches long. That puts him at the 50th percentile for height and weight. This is great news considering he was at the 10th percentile when he was born, which is very small compared to his BIG brother. He is talking up a storm too. Griffin is very vocal. He will certainly let you know what he does and does not like. He is sleeping pretty good at night. Typically 6 to 8 hours and then another 4 hours after feeding. Now if only we could get him to nap better during the day...
Sawyer will be 3 years old soon. It's hard to believe its been three years since he was as tiny as Griffin is now! He told me the other day, "Mom, you know Ivy?" I said, "Yes, I remember Ivy" (She's a cute little girl in his pre-school class.) He then proceeded to tell me that he had learned her last name. Then he said her full name a few times. I asked him if he thought she was cute and he just giggled. And so it begins.

Hey Ann! This is the first time I have actually seen pictures of little Milbauer, I mean Griffin! Does he have the Milbauer eyes or what! What a cutie! You're right, Sawyer has changed quite a bit since our beach trip- but he still has that smile that will melt your heart :-). Little Ivy better latch on while she can! Fly out here with the boys for a bit- talk to your mom, she'd love the tulip festival! Love and miss ya, Renee
