"Look out! I'm huntin' for puddles!"
"Hurry up, Mom!"
Sawyer checks out Dad's lawnmower
Seat fits pretty good and he can reach the buttons...
He can reach the handles too! We're in trouble now!
Sawyer is all boy. I mean ALL BOY. (Oh, boy!) He loves rain and puddles, rocks and sticks. He loves holding dirt, making mud and eating sand. He loves loud noises and things that go bang. He loves being chased and being scared. Sawyer loves standing on stools and climbing on rocks. He loves levers and knobs, handles and wheels. He loves crawling over, under and in between just about anything! He loves mufflers and bumpers, lawnmowers and tractors. He loves pulling petals off flowers and plucking unopened buds. He pounds on the dog and chases the cat. He loves to run down the hill as fast as he can and don't you dare tell him he can't! He loves pushing cars and throwing balls. He waves at the train, hello and goodbye. And like ALL little boys, he is ALL about his DAD. (Mom's good for a hug after a big fall, but can't hold a candle to Dad.)
Sawyer is so very busy these days. It's like someone flipped a switch. He is non-stop on the move. We do our best to direct his energy for good rather then mischief. We're successful some of the time. Some re-directing that worked...he's good at wiping his tray after lunch. He loves to help unload the dishwasher and he even helps put things "back" when asked.
